About Montana Simao

Montana Simao is a speculative fiction author whose creative work lives at the crossroads of pursuit and sacrifice. Born and raised in Vail, Colorado she spent her childhood devouring an endless supply of books, honing her craft as a writer, and competitively snowboarding. Following her retirement from the circuit, she went on to earn her degree in Religious Studies from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where she currently resides.

If she's not writing, she's probably searching for the perfect snare drum sample, playing Overwatch, traveling, or daydreaming on a gym floor. If found, please supply her with caffeine, pens, and a notebook before directing her toward the nearest airport.
